Some Windows 10 systems have a defender settings. In order to prevent the defender from judging ZXWSoft as a virus and deleting it, you have to do the following steps to exclude our software.

1.  First open the interface of Windows settings.

2.  And find the Update & security settings.

3.  Select Exclusions option.

4.   Select the ZXWSOFT folder to exclude.
